My sleep problems started after my child was born and I looked for answers everywhere.

I spent thousands on sleep aids, pillows and mattresses - if it promised me sleep, I bought it. But nothing worked for long.

Eventually, after suffering for far too long, I found Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi). Everything changed! Within a few weeks I was sleeping through the night and started to feel myself again.
